About us

Creating Supportive Pathways for Children and Young People to Thrive

Cambian have over 30 years of experience providing education and care for children and young people aged 7–25 years old. Our specialist schools, colleges and associated residential provisions support young people with a range of complex needs including Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as learning difficulties and other co-existing conditions such as ADHD, OCD, anxiety, dyslexia or sensory processing differences.

We deliver specialist education, residential care and therapeutic fostering, working together to create structured, supportive environments where children and young people can thrive.

Our Education & Residential Services

Our education services support children and young people with Autism, moderate to severe learning disabilities, and associated behavioural and additional needs. Our residential care services support children and young people with SEMH needs and those who have experienced trauma, including neglect, abuse and sexual exploitation.

Our residential and education services are closely integrated, ensuring each child receives consistent, joined up support tailored to their individual needs.

Through our therapeutic fostering service, we also provide family based care for children and young people with complex needs in safe and nurturing home environments.
