Outdoor Adventure Day

Our students enjoyed a fantastic day exploring some of the North easts most iconic landmarks and beautiful outdoor spaces.

The day began with a visit to the Angel of the North, where students learned about this famous sculpture and admired its impressive size. They then took on the challenge of climbing to the top of Penshaw Monument, enjoying spectacular views across the surrounding countryside.

To finish the day, everyone had great fun at the adventure play area in Hardwick park, where students climbed, explored, developed teamwork and confidence, in a natural outdoor environment.

It was a wonderful day filled with exercise, exploration, laughter and memories!
