World Cup 2026 - England v Mexico

What a fantastic way to start the day! Pupils had the opportunity to watch the England vs Mexico match together during the morning, enjoying a cup of tea and a biscuit.

The match encouraged pupils to come together as a school community, celebrating teamwork and hard work which that are central to both sport and everyday life. During the match, pupils were invited to discuss key moments, including the referee decisions and individual performances. These discussions allowed pupils to express their opinion whilst understanding that it is perfectly acceptable to disagree.

I’m glad we all left the room happy and looking forward to England’s next match!
